Dg35ec motherboard with core 2 duo
Dg35ec motherboard.
I bought new Two 2gb ram. i already have Two 2gb ram installed.
once install new Two 2gb ram, computer becomes too slow.
i have 4 slot. ( 2gb+ 2gb + 2gb + 2gb ) so it is max 8gb for this motherboard.
after i remove new Two 2gb ram .
computer is faster. loading bios faster, login screen comes faster.
i upgraded in order to get good speed. also i use Photoshop. it needs 8 GB ram in order to work in 3d designs. rendering edit movies.
please some help me. hopefully waiting.
I also have the same problem. system is slow when i install graphic card. after i remove it. computer is fast.
Asus GeForce GT 610 Silent Nvidia
C drive has 50gb free space. out of 110 gb.

Intel DH61AG BIOS Updates
Hello, I need to install the latest BIOS and in order to do that I need version 0039 and 0099 but the Intel site is timing out whenever I try to download either one. Help please.

Will the new Windows 10 pro update install on a DZ77BH-55K mother board?
I've tried to upgrade from version 1607 to 1703 and the update has failed. I've been told by microsoft techs that this is a no go because of the mother board. Is there a bios update that will solve this?

DQ67SW will not power on
I have a DQ67SW and i7-2600 with no cards installed and 64GB of memory. When I turn on the power switch on the supply he standby-power LED
turns green but if I press the power switch it will not turn on .
I test with two diferents power suply
* CPU power connector check
* Motherboard power connector check
* Boot with single stick of RAM/RAM fully inserted check
* CPU installed correctly? (I assume it is, it was working properly before without any tampering)
* CPU fan plugged in check
* System speaker connected check

using DZ77GA-70K board and I7 2600K cpu combination, Intel Extreme Tuning Utility not giving me all options for advanced (overclock) tuning
I am using the DZ77GA-70K boars and I7-2600K cpu together. I have installed the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility but the biggest part of it does not let me access it. Most of all the advanced tuning features are not available.
Both the board and cpu are K series and unlocked.

The DX79TO "I cannot F2 to bios or F10 boot Menu BUG!!!!"
Well, it seams that I have got this again! I cannot access the BIOS with F2 or any other way! Nor can I access the Boot Menu! I was able to re-flash the bios (650) back to (650)
I had this problem before for like 2 days I don't know what I did to fix it, but it was running really slow and almost all the memory was reserved! Then on a reboot it was just fine/!?!!?!?!??!!?
I could not access the BIOS with F2 or the Boot Menu with F10. The Bios jumper doesn't do anything ( but did work when I took it all the way out. and continuously hit the F7
with flash drive attached! and I re-flashed the same bios hoping that the NVram would clear. ha the battery out even and it updated! after it said reboot I put jumper back and the battery back
still the same :-( I am on my 4th day of no computer. I have done all of the recommendations such as remove all but one piece of Ram, took sound card out, reseated the video card
So please can somebody give Me a little help or advise? Thank You in advance!

DX79TO Chassis Intrusion and Password Reset
Hello there,
i've got a problem with my DX79TO.
It looks like the same problem as described here:
An angry roommate i kicked out has set a password to my BIOS and wiped my HDDs.
Well the HDDs are recovered but i can't reset the password.
The only things it does is complaining over Chassis Intrusion and asking for a password to unlock the system.
I've tried to pull the battery, i tried the recovery menu via jumper on pin 2+3 and i even flashed older and newer BIOS revision through the recovery.
Nothing worked. Is there anything i can do to remove the password?
Btw. i already desoldered and dumped the Winbond 25Q64CVSIG and disassembled the dump with IDA Pro, but i cant find the exact location for the Password in the VSS Region.
But I'm still trying to reverse engineer that whole thing.

my computer is stuck in a loop it boots up says there is an error usually 106 hit f4 to configure bios settings. after I configure the settings (no matter how I set them) I save and then the loop starts over

Can I use a 7th gen processor on a 6th gen motherboard?
I've been trying to build a custom PC on my own so i went for a search.
I found the MSI B150 Gaming M3 motherboard, i went through the specifications.
It supports the 6th gen CPU, it isn't declared that it only supports it but only that it supports.
The only processor i found available was the 7th gen.
So am asking if i can buy the 7th gen and use it on the motherboard?
Will it work?
Wouldn't there be any problems?

Boot secrure setting ? DQ77MK
After installing DQ77MK board in a new case with new drives I want to install Centos 7 but on booting via dvd and choosing install I get the common error
a tpm error (7) occurred attempting to read a pcr value
I've been in the bios setting to BOOT and security and tried every setting. Sometime I get a security warning about the device and sometimes I get the same error as aover but I can't seem to hit the right combination to install the OS.
Does anyone have a screen shot or more advice they can give ? All I am doing is setting up a webserver for fun and this driving me crazy and the board won't accept F2 so I have keep using the switch inside the case. I think the bios is upto date.

We need a new formfactor ...
I think we should demand a new form factor from the industry. now we have 64 lanes chips and 44 lanes chips and the size of the motherboard is not enough for all those lanes.
Lets assume we have 4 GPUs , this will take 4 slots with 8 slots spacing. and then we need 4 more slots (intel 44 lanes has 12 extra=3 x4 slots , and AMD 32 extra lanes (four x8 slots) .. so we need total of 8 slots .
the 4 GPU slots must have 2 slots spacing and the other 4 single slot spacing . so we end up in 8+4=12 slots Cases and motherboard standard.
and we call it SuperATX ?
SuperMicro made a similar motherboard (7 slots not 8) , but we need to standardize it ...

DZ77GA-70K Board and Extreme tuning Utility
Okay, gonna give this one last go !!!!
First of all thank you to everyone that replied with help on this topic the last time.
I have read all the product specs and compatibility specs several times. No need to post links to the specs.
I am using the DZ77GA-70K motherboard (3rd gen) along with the I7-2600K cpu (2nd gen).
I have overclocked the system within the BIOS several times with great results. And I understand the when overclocking doing it through the BIOS is best option.
I am giving this computer to a family member. They do know a little about computers and how the operate. But they do not understand how to overclock within the BIOS. I want to install and use the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility so they can have a simpler way of overclocking.
Problem being is: the ETU will not work with this particular setup.
This is why I am confused ???????????????????????????
Over the past 3 days I have taken the cpu (I7-2600K) out of the system and put it into an MSI motherboard that uses the Z77 chipset. The Extreme Tuning Utility works as it should with all advanced tuning options available.
I also put the cpu (I7-2600K) into yet another motherboard (ASUS) with Z77 chipset and the Extreme Tuning Utility works as it should with all advanced tuning options available.
I put the cpu (I7-2600K) back into the DZ77GA-70K motherboard and guess what ?????? Extreme Tuning Utility does not have advanced tuning options !?!?!?!!!???
Like I said I have read the specs and compatibility on both the DZ77GA-70K motherboard and the Core I-7 2600K CPU.
Why does it work on other manufactures boards and not on Intel Board ??????????

What is the maximum single hard disk capacity supported in the P55 RAID mode?
I bought back 5 3T hard drive ready to set up in the P55 RAID5, encountered the following problems.
1.intel RAID interface Each hard disk only recognizes 746.5G
2. After setting up the RAID in the operating system in the hard disk is still a single run (tried RAID0 and RAID5)
3. After setting RAID5, the array state is always (initialize)
Who knows how much capacity the P55 RAID mode supports a single hard drive is the largest

INTEL DH87RL high pitched noise after installing MSI RX 560 AERO ITX and plugging in DisplayPort cable
Hi there,
after a hardware upgrade i discovered a peculiarity: the board's speaker emits a high pitched continous sound.
I installed a new MSI RX 560 AERO ITX and plugged in a DisplayPort cable. As soon as the cable is inserted the noise starts, even though the computer is not powered on yet.
When you power on the system the noise disappears but returns on power off.
The same card on other boards does not create the sound so i belive it is specific to the intel board.
Some clues on how to fix this - besides soldering out the speaker - would be awesome.

An error occurred when flashing bios on INTEL DH77EB mainboard
I have a DH77EB mainboard which have problem.
The LAN chip cannot start automatically when I enter windows
the failure imformation is:(Code10)
To work normally ,need to disable and enable the LAN chip device in device manager
I know the problem is because the Intel ME(Intel management engine) firmware lost in the bios
I try to flash the bios to higher verison, but get failure
the information for the failure is :flashing image for intel management engine firmware failed 1550
I try to flashing ME Block via FPT tool,but cannot success,too.
And try to flashing bios via SPI hardware flasher ,but the problem still no resolve.
Who can help me to solute this problem,get back the ME FW to the bios. Or any other tips to solute this problem

S5000XVN + x5470?
Hey! Will this S5000XVN motherboard work with a x5470 processor?
I know that there is no such processor in the manual, but I saw several users with such configurations (look at the screenshot), maybe in the manual the outdated information.
If not - tell me please, which is the most powerful processor for this MB.
