dp55wg stops on POST 95.

I recently just purchased the MSI R9 390 to replace my old MSI 6870, and after installing the card my machine would power up, however, no display. Watching the POST code indicator on my board I noticed the sequence stops on POST 95, which I believe means it passed and is actually stalled on POST "EB - Calling Video BIOS". I did end up replacing my old card and the machined boots just fine.

Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this?

PC specs:

i7-860 Lynnfield Quad-Core 2.8 GHz LGA 1156

Intel Media DP55WG Desktop Motherboard

G.SKILL Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 1600

OCZ ProXStream 1000W

MSI Radeon HD 6870 Twin Frozr II ( Upgraded to MSI R9 390 )

Samsung SSD pro 128g

WD Caviar Black 1TB

POST Codes

95 - Keyboard Self Test

EB - Calling Video BIOS ( I haven't seen this display, however, this is the code that comes next in typical sequence according to intels site)

58 - Resetting USB bus

Additionally, at one point I did have it displaying a 'POST 58', and then I powered down and reset my CMOS. Now it just stops at 'POST 95'.
