DS58SO MB: boots OK through BIOS setup, but usually won't load windows. Instead, it shows a blank screen with blinking cursor. However, it sometimes (rarely) successfully loads Windows. When it does, Windows appears to run without problems. In both cases - whether Windows successfully launches or not - there is a POST code 30, "Crisis Recovery has initiated per user request". This follows (again, in both cases) a POST code 2F, "No memory detected or no useful memory detected".
My question is whether there's any insight to be gained from these codes; and, if there is, what that might be.
Thank you.
