i7 processor for PCI-E 3.0 on socket2011... (exist?) or not?

Now, at this point I do not know how do... but this is the only place where I can receive a support for i7 technical info.

I going to purchase this motherboard by ASROCK, model "extreme11" with all info. about in this page: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/X79%20Extreme11 ...But, noticed to in the "Next-Gen PCI-E 3.0 Support" this NOTE:

"PCI-E 3.0 requires both a supporting CPU and motherboard at the same time.

Currently Intel® Socket 2011 Sandy Bridge-E Processor doesn’t support PCI-E 3.0, but this motherboard is already PCI-E 3.0 hardware ready.

It depends on Intel® CPU to enable PCI-E 3.0. Please check Intel® website for information on future CPU updates and releases."

Now, what this mean? I can't use this PC because DO NOT EXIST any processor by INTEL for socket2011 to can be supported on this motherboar?

I was ready to but one of those... but NO ONE is supported for this motherboard?

Intel® Core™ i7-3960X Processor Extreme Edition (15M Cache, from 3.30 to 3.90 GHz)

http://ark.intel.com/products/63696

Intel® Core™ i7-3820 Processor (10M Cache, from 3.60 to 3.80 GHz)

http://ark.intel.com/products/63698

Intel® Core™ i7-3930K Processor (12M Cache, from 3.20 to 3.80 GHz)

http://ark.intel.com/products/63697

OMG... I just hope this is not true, because this will be a really strange thing... hope in a detailed info. about what (if exist) processor i7 (good) without OC, because not want to do... are supported by this motherboard, of course PCI-E 3.0

Thanks.
