Intel DH55TC stuck on boot loop after Firewire PCIe card installed

Hello!

I have a problem with my desktop computer on DH55TC motherboard. I've just bought a Firewire PCIe card and can't boot now.

When I push the power button, the fan starts spinning and after about 5 seconds everything turns off. After a few seconds the system starts again and turn off so it's stuck on a loop. No video signal while this happens and sometimes there are 2 beeps looping (no video signal). Sometimes it displays the Intel logo startup screen but can't continue with boot process or get into the BIOS with F2 key. If I unmount the Firewire PCIe card, everything works OK.

My setup is like this:

Intel Core i5-750 2.66 processor

RAM 8 GB (1x4GB, 2x2GB).

ATI Radeon HD 4650 1 GB (PCIe x16 port)

Momentus XT 500GB Hybrid HDD

DVD-RW Drive

Hyper Tx3 Processor Cooler

600W Power Source

I've already updated the BIOS (TCIBX10H.86A), tried to boot without HDD and separate RAM modules with no results.

PCIe card model is Manhattan 160353.

Any hints to solve it?

Thank you.
